A service affecting incident exists for the following services:Network management monitoring applications indicate a building distribution switch in the Moore School of Music and an access switch in Cougar Place are down.

Network operations has responded to our request to investigate this service disruption. Once their analysis/repair efforts are established we will update the status of this event.

Network operations have restored all services in the Moore School of Music and are in route to address the access switch in Cougar Place.

Network operations technical support discovered facilities power related events had affected our network closets where the equipment is housed. The switches were energized and network connectivity was re-established.
